Vanilla Protein Balls

Ingredients: Serves 20

  • 180g Cashew Nuts

  • 200g Medjool Dates

  • 17g Coconut oil

  • 15g Chia Seeds

  • 30g Vanilla Whey Protein

 

Method

  1. Place dry ingredients into a food processor, blitz until fine breadcrumb texture

  2. Add coconut oil and dates to the mix, blitz until well mixed

  3. Remove, roll into balls approx 1 inch in diameter (should make ~20 balls)
