Vanilla Protein Balls
Ingredients: Serves 20
180g Cashew Nuts
200g Medjool Dates
17g Coconut oil
15g Chia Seeds
30g Vanilla Whey Protein
Method
Place dry ingredients into a food processor, blitz until fine breadcrumb texture
Add coconut oil and dates to the mix, blitz until well mixed
Remove, roll into balls approx 1 inch in diameter (should make ~20 balls)
