Chocolate Raspberry Protein Balls

Ingredients: Serves 20

  • 6 Pitted Medjool Dates

  • 30g Chocolate Whey Protein

  • 15g Cocoa Powder

  • 150g Almonds

  • 15g Chia Seeds

  • 15g Coconut Oil

  • Freeze Dried Raspberries

 

Method

  1. Place dry ingredients into a food processor, blitz until fine breadcrumb texture

  2. Add coconut and dates to the mix, blitz until well mixed

  3. Remove, roll into balls approx 1 inch in diameter (should make ~20 balls)

  4. Roll in freeze dried raspberries
