Chocolate Raspberry Protein Balls
Ingredients: Serves 20
6 Pitted Medjool Dates
30g Chocolate Whey Protein
15g Cocoa Powder
150g Almonds
15g Chia Seeds
15g Coconut Oil
Freeze Dried Raspberries
Method
Place dry ingredients into a food processor, blitz until fine breadcrumb texture
Add coconut and dates to the mix, blitz until well mixed
Remove, roll into balls approx 1 inch in diameter (should make ~20 balls)
Roll in freeze dried raspberries
