Ingredients: Serves 20

  • 70g Grated Carrots

  • 150g, Walnuts

  • 1 tsp(s), Mixed Sugar & Spice Nuts

  • 6 Pitted Medjool Dates

  • 30g Peanut Butter

  • 40g Vanilla Whey Protein

 

Method

  1. Place dry ingredients into food processor, blitz until fine breadcrumb texture

  2. Add carrots, peanuts and dates to the mix, blitz until well mixed

  3. Cover and place in fridge for 20-30min 

  4. Remove, roll into balls approx 1 inch in diameter (should make ~20 balls)

  5. Roll in finely chopped nuts (e.g. cashews and almonds)
