Iced Banana Chocolate Treats

Ingredients: Serves 6

  • 3 x large bananas, halved

  • 150g of 80% dark chocolate

  • 20g chopped nuts (we used a mix of coconut, peanut, cashew, almond)

  • 20g freeze-dried raspberries

 

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate and leave to stand for 5-10 mins. Have the nuts and raspberries in separate dishes ready. Take one banana at a time and dip the banana in until half the piece is covered. Then roll in chosen topping. 

  2. Once you have completed all 6 halves pop in the freeze. When you need a cool treat they will be chilled and ready for you.
