Carrot-Cake Protein Overnight Oats
This is an absolute treasure of a breakfast. Packed with nutrients and bursting with flavour. We topped with roughly chopped nuts and dried fruit
Ingredients: Serves 2
80g of rolled oats
40g vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp of mixed seeds (we used a prepared shop brought mix that contained pumpkin, linseed, sunflower, hemp seeds)
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp Allspice
70g of grated carrot
300 mL Almond milk
Method
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
Add milk and carrot, mix thoroughly
Pour into two separate containers
Allow to chill in fridge over night
Add toppings to taste
