Chocolate & Peanut Protein Overnight Oats
These oats are incredibly easy and quick to make. Spare 5mins the night before and leave in the fridge ready for you to enjoy in the morning
Ingredients: Serves 1
45g of rolled oats
20g of chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
150ml of Almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
1 tsp of honey (optional yet delicious)
1 tbsp of good quality peanut butter
Method
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl then whisk in milk and honey. You have the option to use the peanut butter as a topper and add it just before its eaten, or mixed it in with the rest the night before to save on time.
There is also the option to add some fruit such as banana or raspberries, just make sure you check the macronutrients set.
