Easy Oat Bars

An easy to make snack for when you’re on the go!

 Ingredients: Makes 20

  • 1 ½ cup oats

  • 28g Milled seeds with flax & chia

  • 6 Dates (pitted)

  • 15g raisins

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • ¼ cup sliced toasted almonds

  • 20g sunflower seeds

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 1 medium, banana

 Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly.

  2. Press into loaf tin lined with baking paper until compact, about an inch thick. 

  3. Leave in the fridge overnight.
