Easy Oat Bars
An easy to make snack for when you’re on the go!
Ingredients: Makes 20
1 ½ cup oats
28g Milled seeds with flax & chia
6 Dates (pitted)
15g raisins
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
¼ cup sliced toasted almonds
20g sunflower seeds
3 tbsp honey
1 medium, banana
Method
Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly.
Press into loaf tin lined with baking paper until compact, about an inch thick.
Leave in the fridge overnight.
