Ingredients: Serves 2

  • 40g baby spinach

  • 40g watercress

  • 35g broccoli stem

  • 60g cucumber

  • 30g celery

  • 5g fresh ginger

  • 110g Apple (we used a medium green apple)

  • 50g Avocado (around half a hasa avocado)

  • 2 golden kiwis (ripe with skin left on)

  • Juice from one lime

  • 150ml of coconut water

  • 4-5 cubes of ice

Method

  1. Use food blender to blitz until smooth.
