Green smoothie
Ingredients: Serves 2
40g baby spinach
40g watercress
35g broccoli stem
60g cucumber
30g celery
5g fresh ginger
110g Apple (we used a medium green apple)
50g Avocado (around half a hasa avocado)
2 golden kiwis (ripe with skin left on)
Juice from one lime
150ml of coconut water
4-5 cubes of ice
Method
Use food blender to blitz until smooth.
