Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
350mL Almond milk,
80g Frozen summer fruits
50 g Frozen exotic fruit mix
1 Medium banana
15 g Crunchy peanut butter
25g Chocolate whey protein
Method
Peel and prepare fruit where necessary.
Place ingredients in a blender with ice.
Blend well and serve immediately.
