Ingredients

  • 350mL Almond milk,

  • 80g Frozen summer fruits

  • 50 g Frozen exotic fruit mix

  • 1 Medium banana

  • 15 g Crunchy peanut butter

  • 25g Chocolate whey protein

Method

  1. Peel and prepare fruit where necessary.

  2. Place ingredients in a blender with ice. 

  3. Blend well and serve immediately.
