2–3 x Follow‑up consultations (45 minutes) aligned with key rehab milestones.
2 x Body composition assessments to monitor muscle loss, regain and overall composition through rehab.
Individualised plan targeting energy intake, protein, micronutrients, and timing to support healing and minimise unwanted changes.
Coordination with your rehab team (physio, surgeon, S&C) where appropriate, so everyone works from a shared plan.
Messaging support between sessions for questions, flare‑ups, or changes in activity.
