  • 1 x Initial injury‑focused consultation (60 minutes) including body composition analysis and review of your rehab timeline.​

  • 2–3 x Follow‑up consultations (45 minutes) aligned with key rehab milestones.​

  • 2 x Body composition assessments to monitor muscle loss, regain and overall composition through rehab.​

  • Individualised plan targeting energy intake, protein, micronutrients, and timing to support healing and minimise unwanted changes.​

  • Coordination with your rehab team (physio, surgeon, S&C) where appropriate, so everyone works from a shared plan.​

  • Messaging support between sessions for questions, flare‑ups, or changes in activity.
