Ingredients:
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon milk (optional for creamier texture)

1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices of sourdough bread

Instructions:
Prepare the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, Formula 1 Savoury Meal, and milk (if using) until fully combined and slightly frothy. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook the Eggs: Heat the butter or olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture. Allow the eggs to cook undisturbed for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from the edges toward the centre. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are just set but still creamy.
Toast the Bread: While the eggs are cooking, toast the slices of sourdough bread to your liking.
