Dr Richard Allison is a leading Performance Nutrition Consultant in London, currently running the ISEH Sports Nutrition and Recovery Clinic. Formerly the Head of Performance Nutrition at Arsenal Football Club, Dr Allison is a registered Dietitian with the British Dietetic Association and a member of the Sport and Exercise Nutritionist Register (SENr).
As a former Royal Marine Commando, Dr Richard Allison brings a broad array of expertise and substantial applied experience within the area of applied sports nutrition and clinical dietetics, specialising in eating disorders. He is dedicated to nutrition for health, performance, and recovery.

As a sports dietitian, I take into account any medical conditions the individual may present with (e.g., diabetes or coeliac disease), ensuring all aspects that may impact sports nutrition are addressed. I also advise and help maintain nutritional status when individuals want to trial dietary interventions such as exclusion diets, nutritional supplementation, or other dietary interventions.
